Good luck with that. I ordered mine direct and it took over two months to get just one, let alone getting a group buy together.

I'm still recovering from all the bruises from the install.

I'm going to install it when the stoptech BBK comes in, which is in about a week and a half. It's going to be a two for one install day.

It's hard to describe, you really had to install it to find out first hand what i'm talking about. It sorta locks itself in.
I know exactly how it works, Im just pointing out the fact that in the event of a rollover, the bolts may sheer or rip out. Also, the roll bar seems to sit way foward and the halo portion seems as if the joints and bolts are right near the occupants skulls...Not what I would want in the event you actually needed the roll bar..

I noticed that as well. All I can do is smooth out the edges, weld the joints and put some cushion over it.

How tall are you?And how far do you sit your seat back? The cage we did, we mounted it farther back so it follows the line of the cars frame at the B pillar. It sits back 3-5" from my head.

That's really strange to hear. I ordered mine two months ago.

I will be sure to give them a ring tomorrow about it.

I knew that would be a tricky one. So do the backing plates actually go into the wheel wells?
