Hi everyone... i was lookin around for some track rotors for my brembo calipers. i saw a R1 concepts listing on ebay for a pretty good deal. the whole set was $319. thats a pretty insane deal. but before i buy it, have you guys bought any rotors from them and if u did how were they?

ebay chinese steel rotors

 

There's quite a few guys on this website with the R1 rotor set-up. Haven't read of any complaints so far.

 

I've had R1 Concepts Rotors on for about 8k miles, and I've extremely satisfied. Braking feels slightly better than stock (although I am using them with Hawks HPS pads, so it's not a proper comparison).

The set I got was zinc-coated from the factory, and to date, the zinc has not flaked, and there has been NO visible rusting on the rotors.


The only problem I had was that shipping took nearly a month.

 

i just installed mine on friday, i got them shipped to me in about 5 days....really fast.

so far i love them...
