We are you doing this kit? I highly suggest it. You get 3-bottle os Motul, F&R Rotors (Slotted or Drilled), F&R Axxis Ultimates, F&R Steel braided lines.

You're set than! Just do more research on track-day brake pads that will suit your preference.

update, got the oem rotors off, and what a B$tch to get off, Had to run to autozone and get Liquad Wrench. That stuff worked great.

New rotors are on the front, next step pads, then lines. Then onto the rears.

The biggest difference I notice are the lines. Braking is a lot firmer.

How about street use. I mean i plan on boosting my future 07 z and will not track it on autox. Maybe take it down the 1/4 track but thats about it.

Its awesome for street use. However, depending on you HP goals, going FI you might want to consider a BBK.

Another thing in the manual they say... you made sure the pads are installed friction surface onto the rotor first?

http://stoptech.com/tech_info/bbk_manuals.shtml

a link to the install manual....
what about the 06s since they have larger calipers i herd the pads are shapped differently aswell . does the basic kits pads also accomodate the 06+stock brakes.
