Default brake issue

I recently got new brake pads installed and it was running fine for alittle bit. Started to bed them in and the last hard stop, the car made a kinda thud sound. Now the brakes seem to be locked up w/ the brake lights constantly on. I've taken the calipers off to see if I can push the piston back but it still seems like it's stuck. Also when I try to press the brake pedal it's fairly stiff.

Also since the Endless pads do not the wear indicators, would I still need to install the pad return mechanism (the metal tab that latches onto the wear indicators)?

I totally confused on what happen. Any thoughts?

The brake pads were Endless Vita Nuova.

Is the piston suck inside the caliper?
The top of the brake fluid reservoir is off correct:
And you are attempting to push the piston out of the way with a C-clamp?

The piston seems to be stuck w/ force on pads, as if you were braking. Thus I believe is why the brake lights are constantly on. The top is off the reservoir, and when attempting to push back the piston to get it to fit over the pads again w/ the C-clamps, it does not seem to move.

I am not a brake pro, but it sure seems like you need a new caliper.

You think it's a seized piston? Would bleeding the brake lines help? Also how would one determine which one is bad?

And final question: how much would calipers run for anywayz, cuz I would rather get BBK if it's off a couple hundred.
