Good Spring and Shock/Coil overs for a Daily Driver
I been searching lots of threads and i cant seem to narrow it down. I'm looking for a Daily Driver Spring Shock comb, or Coilover system. My Z is pretty much for the weekend, and i dont think it'll see a track more than once or twice.
I been looking at the Tein Basics, but i heard goods and bads. I really dont want the car to set much lower than it is ( i have 19' SSRs) maybe just the back.
So what do you guys recommend?

Based on what you want I could see Tein H-tech's with Tokico D-specs, you'll get a mild drop and a mild increase in spring stiffness in the front.
Bilstein PSS9 would be a better choice then the Basics, only vise I don't care for is how the setup uses progressive rate rear springs with a wide spring rate spread.
Keep in mind that most cheap coilovers tend to be underdampned. Not everyone here can or will sense what that means to the ride and drive experience, but your better off with quality shocks like D-specs or Koni SA's. Otherwise spend a little more to up your budget into at least the $1500 range.

This is not the case with my car.

They fall into your price range and are well dampered for the rates.
