Using Project Mu Bforce and I like them pretty well. Good price, low dust, strong initial bite. Havent done a track day on them yet, but they are good DD pads. They do squeak on occasion, but maybe a little more grease will silence them up.

Hey Z1Performance, or anyone else who may know... I am about to do pads myself, but I read that the Nismos are not good for the street, and had to warm up in order to perform well. When you recommend Nismo pads, are you reffering to the "R-Tune" compound? I was leaning twords Axxis Ultimate pads, but if you prefer Nismo as the best street pad for spirited driving then I respect that opinion. Not meaning to thread-jack, figured OP could benefit from this question too. Thanks...

I actually like the NISMOs alot for all around use - I have not found them to be lacking when cold at all. Ultimates are also a nice pad, less expensive, but dustier

I would have tried the Nismos....but for the price, I wasn't sure if they were worth it. So I'm trying the Hawk HPS this time. I don't drive hard or brake hard...or track my car......I'm looking for brakes that work and A LOT less brake dust.

Posi Quiet's have no noise, very low dust, and are very cheap. They have less bite than the OE and are a soft pad but other than that they're a great daily driving pad.

just checked....i didn't know they are soooo expensive.

ordered a set of EBC greenstuff instead....i shall report back after they are installed later on this week.

EBC Green Stuff installed today(DIY)....just got done with the usual bedding in a few minutes ago. No warming up is required for these brakes.
I am totally SOLD ...... extremely quiet and initial bite is outa sight

If you think the EBC Greenstuff have good initial bite, its only the beginning. Pads like the Hawk Performance HP+ have much more initial bite and brake torque (near race pad levels)...

Recently installed Satisfied Pro Ceramic pads (from Tirerack) in my brembos and I am very impressed. Good bite, no noise and very little dust. Moreover the Satisfied pads are inexpensive ($38 plus shipping). Previously, I had EBC Green Stuff in non-brembos and see very little performace differences between those pads and the Satisfied ones except the EBCs at times squealed. Perhaps I don't know good pads from bad ones, but I just can't justify spending over $100 for friction material that will burn off in time. My goal seems to be cleaner wheels.

^interesting....i just replaced my Satisfied from tirerack with Green Stuff and the difference is night and day between the two.
My Satisfied pads had poor initial bite (not even after warm up). Nissan OEM pads were 10 times better.
Green Stuff blew me away the first time i applied my brakes.

I don't know who has it or not but there is this wheel wax stuff that makes cleaning brake dust off easier. Some of you guys with real duster for pads should look into it and give some reviews...I'm picking some up soon.

i use EBC RedStuff Ceramic pads... i love em. minimal dust (if any), good cold bite, excellent hot bite... no fade at all even when hard stopping from tripple digit speeds... the hotter they get, the better they bite! and for under 100 bux, u cant beat em... oh yeah, this is on Brembo brakes
