Making it look nice through the bumper would be the obstacle...but behind maybe you can use "dryer hose" or something equivalent connected to the suspension arms, some how?

The front is easy, it's getting the air to the brakes from underneath.... Not to mention with a full under body panel the aerodynamics would greatly increase.

Wow, you guys are thinking a bit too elaborate.
I was thinking cutting a slit on the left and right side of the under panel and pop riveting a strip of thin steel longer than the slit causing it to bow out creating a pocket or a scoop if you will and run some ducting from there. (something like the vent to the R8 engine)

I have seen allot of DIY going through the front bumper, never through the under panel.

"Stillen brake duct.
Fits 2003-07 350z series 2 front fascia.

Stillen's new brake duct, compatible for the Stillen Series 2 Front Fascia, allows you to take in air through your front bumper and direct it to your front rotors to efficiently them down under any condition whether you are on streets or on the track."

Not a bad idea.... I may look into trying that. Get my car up on the lift Wednesday night and take a look at it.
