I received my cambers rods yesterday and will install them Saturday and take pics. Unfortuantely it looks like I'm missing 2 washers. I believe each rod should have 2. I've emailed them and hope to get an answer. The local hardware store doesn't have the correct size.

The traction arms only require washers on the outside. The inside part goes against the metal subframe part of the car and does not require a washer.. I have ics of them installed if anyone wants but have no way to post. Just email me...

ZWINDSOR

please PM me or email me at jamisonl@msn.com and I will send you out a couple washers, not sure how that happened, and I don't see them getting lost as they still have the ties.

I apologize and will send them right out.

are you talking about the washers on the bushing? I will check mine when I get it on Monday. Can't wait to have them installed!

Thanks.

There is supposed to be a 1.5" OD x .5" ID washer on each side of the bushing and is to be placed between the bushing and suspension mounting. This is for the camber rods only!

One of my rods didn't have washers but I finally found some at a hardware store.

LSD,
I ordered and paid for mine 23 days ago. you sent me 2 sets of cat pipes and no camber arms or Traction rods. I'd gladly take and post some pics if I ever received them.

Camber rods installed Saturday. Easy project. Really nice product. Can't beat the price either.

Installed my camber and traction rods on Saturday. I aligned the car shortly after to bring the camber back to -1.9 in the rear and -1.3 in the front. I want to thank LSDunique for making such a high quality product for 1/2 the price of JIC. The car handles great and really feels a lot stiffer on corners. Definately recommend these rods if anyone needs them.

Just installed mine today as well. The camber kits are top notch! good job!

Went to get alignment, the rear were -2.5 before the camber kit, now it's -1.9, which is the close to the maximum factory spec. I have Eibach Pro-Kit as well.

Note- The factory camber rod is very tight! you will have to use some muscle, but it will come off. Also, it's best to remove the lower bolt first, then twist the rod a little to remove the upper bolt, since it's hitting the sway bar. The bolt looks like it's not coming off, but it will, after you twist the camber rod a little. Very tricky, imo..

Thanks!

I have a quick question, what is the range of adujustability for the camber rods. I'm probably only going to go with a Nismo coil over kit, but i was just wondering how much i could adjust thing in case i desided to get something with a bit more of a drop. Jay has the eibach springs and he didnt do an aligenment after his drop. His tires are screwed! I cant believe how uneven they wore. The insides where all the way to the belts, and the outside was barely even touched.

Im sure that if i only go with the nismo kit, these rods will be exactly what i need, but i just wanted to make sure. Thanks in adavance.

I don't have the exact measurement but a least 3/4 - 1". More then you'll ever need. Don't forget you have some stock adjustment too. I would wait to buy until you've had your alignment done. From what I have determined in my hunt for the lack of adjustablilty (in my car) is that not all types of lowering suspensions require additional adjustment parts.

Default Bushings?

Any chance of just buying the urethane bushings? I am not lowering my car, but want to replace the rubber bushing that are winding up the suspension in the rear (for lack a better term).

A couple people have said replacing these bushing will eliminate most of the dreaded bounce. It will also help my in autox!

Let me know please,

Thanks

He's a difficult one to reach. They must be very busy. I ordered my camber arms around july 23 and am still waiting. At the time I ordered both the camber and traction arms. But have pm'ed him about cancelling the traction arms. He did say that they are waiting on some parts. As soon as I get the arms I hope to get cat delete pipes.

BTW, are the parts in yet?

I got a Pm from him today. The parts will arrive at his shop on Wednesday and then will be assembled and shipped asap. Also, I looked back at my records and found I ordered them on the 29th, not the 23rd. Also, it was great of him to cancel and credit me on the traction arms.

I can't wait. Maybe I will skip the cat deletes and get the plenum. uhm..
