Default My brakes?!

Well the backstory is..I bought my car a month or so ago with only 8,000miles on it. Its a 2005(manufactured april 2005, into service may 2006) and now she has 11,000 on her.

Here is what is going on;
-Sloppy(in my opinion)brake feel...just has a soft pedal feeling compared to other sports cars
-ASSLOADS of squeel from mostly one particular wheel, passenger rear..

The problem is..i took it to the stealership after i bought her to have an alignment and a warranty check and they said it was doing all of that, so they put copper grease on the pad and it quited it down...But a week later and ever since its getting annoying..and now only going very slow or coming to a very slow stop..itll shudder a little and feel like when your brakes are wet....
Im not sure what to do because the wear seems normal with probably another 5,000miles to go..Im debating switching the rotors for slotted and getting better pads...but with labor that comes near the cost of just getting a decent front bbk and a rear upgrade..

What do you guys think? as far as whats causing the problems and what I should do? Thanks

PS: Two of my calipers have paint peeling off...is that covered under warranty?

slotted rotors won't help with noise. blank rotors will work just fine.

did the dealership check the pads? do you know what pads are on there now? i would guess OEM since you got the car with only 8k miles but who knows.

try to find other people in your area to help you with your brakes. or if you have tools and space just look at one of the how to guides on this website and do it yourself.

i'd pull the wheels and look at all the brake pads. see if you can see a difference between the noisy corner and those that aren't.

if the paint is OE paint then yes it's covered under warranty.

oh yeah, and bleed the brakes to see if it changes the soft feeling.

aftermarket rotors and pads should only run you under $400, which is still WAAAAAAAY off the price of a decent BBK, even just the fronts.

Well I called the dealership and sister dealership(owned by autonation)
And they basicly told me 1. it's not our problem
2. your warranty for corrosion(caliper paint) is expired?

I then asked the guy why the hell paint thats supposed to be resistant to temps of over 2000* is just falling off..His response was to hang up the phone. Guess I'll be calling NISSAN NA?

A decent BBK is $2K + for just the fronts.

Difficult to believe that you need brakes at only 11,000 miles.
