caster is completely off, and something being bent - i agree looking at the alignment sheet alone...

the two things up front hat will for sure affect caster, "IF" all things are fine would be the "compression arm" or the "upper control arm"

1. if your upper is bent, then yes replacing it will fix it!

2. but if the compression arm is bent, then buying a upper control arm only isn't the RIGHT way to do it.....even if you buy an SPL front upper that also adjust caster....

WHAT IS BENT?
and we can answer you better to fix your car..

Hey JasonZ

I just had my alignment and i am having the same problem BUT

both my RIGHT and LEFT CASTER are off ALONG with the RIGHT CAMBER.

LEFT Caster 9.3
LEFT Camber -1.1

RIGHT Caster 9.5
RIGHT Camber -1.5

I dont see any signs of worn or busted bushings. Everything is factory. No drop and no accidents. or running into anything. I also do see and bent or bending on the control arm and the compression arm looks good.

car was running fine but it was time for an alignment. after i had the alignment the car started to pull right.

Any suggestions? Anything would help thank you

Datboyvinh,

I would think its the compression arm bushings..........

Read my response to the OP's PM he just sent me.........I would look into the spl compression rod bushing and at least whiteline for the remaining two translink bushings for your usage of your car.

upper arms i would go aftermarket but stockers are all you need at stock height.

Added here, so others can help find issues if ever searching for this issue:

So i looked and cant really tell whats bent.. even if i take it off and compare it to a new one i think it would be pretty hard to see a 1 degree bent part.

so i decided i should just start replace one of the three?

1. Compression arm (the one you have a pic of in the thread)
I would replace the compression arm first for sure, odds are thats whats bent/tweaked.

This one:

If you really wanna improve it, get a new one and install the spl compression arm bushing. its a great investment! that oem bushing doesnt appear bad when you look at them, but when you remove it from the car it will look like this:

read how to install spl compression arm bushings here:

being that your lower compression arm is most likely the damaged one.......and that you have been driving the car like this, you can have now caused your upper a arms to tear its bushings.....so replacing the compression arm ALONE may or may not completely fix the issue.

I would recommend buying the kinetics A-arms as they are not too expensive and easy to use! plus you will now have adjustability.
Kinetics info:

OR

at least replace the front a arms with good stock ones.

I have some spare stock a arms that ill sell for $100 shipped if you want. let me know.

LOL having a hard time with names and parts.

the lower control arm has some scuffs. but this has no effect on caster.
Not necessarily, if arms are damaged, its no telling what can cause what to move, etc....in the end, its all connected to the spindle and will affect alignment.

the other arm your talking about - the only arm not mentioned yet is the translink arm its the lower arm that is STRAIGHT where the shocks mount too.

This is the translink labeled points 1-4:

This is the translink and the common bushing that tears:

Is there anyway you can take pictures of everything on both sides and post them up or pm me to email them to me?? I can do my best and see what i see???
