Does anyone have a pic of kinetix and stock arms side by side?
I'd like to see the thickness difference and arms design.
thanks

I've got some Kinetix arms sitting at the house. I'm just waiting for my backordered Konis to come in so I can install everything at once. I can take some side by side pics during the install, but it will be a couple weeks at least. What exactly do you want pics of as far as the Kinetix arms alone?

L: about 8.5" from the center of the bushings like you drew, 9.25" if you go to the bottom of the bushing
length: 11" from center of bushings, 11.75" from the end
thickness: diameter is right at 1"
I realized that my camera ended up in my brothers pocket and went home with him after the autocross last weekend. I probably won't be able to take any pics until next weekend, but I'll try to remember to take a pic of the Kinetix arms up next to the stock arms on the car.

Thanks so much for the pics! looks like Kinetix arms will never have problem with hitting the wheel well, especially if you cut the wheel well the size of the ball joint.
How you like the new arms? oh, weight difference?

I just installed them today and haven't gotten an alignment yet, so I'm driving as little as I possibly can until I get it aligned. As far as weight, if anything the Kinetix might be a little heavier. Those stock arms are aluminum and are very lightweight. The Kinetix aren't heavy, but the beefier hardware and camber adjustability adds some weight over stock. The control arms part of the install was super easy, just make sure you have a 28mm socket/wrench to turn that big nut below the ball joint.
ive been running my stock arms for a while now and recently lowered the car...ive come to the conclusion that no matter what youre going to hit the inner fender on ANY a arm if you are "slammed"., the head of the ball joint WILL hit so i dont see the point in buying different arms for solely the reason of clearance because you need to cut anyway. Im a LITTLE lower than i was last time youve seen my car and have cut the inner fenders for clearance and it rides AMAZING now even as dumped as it is.

i think that using stock arms and kinetix arms is different on cut inner wheel well.
With stock arms, even if you cut the well, the arms will hit it.
With kinetix, if you cut the well and avoid hitting the well with the ball joint, the arms won't hit the well because they are designed to be so far back toward the engine bay.
my $.02
