I currently have BC type BR coilovers and I am going to have them re-valved this winter, so essentially new coilovers on my part.
if you were to do suspension upgrades only what order would it be in most important to least?
does this sound good? what would you remove from my list or add?
F/R sways
upgraded sway end links
upgraded UCA/LCA poly bushings
4 point brace
top strut tower brace
rear lower tie brace
Well you didn't mention the need. Are you racing the car on Hoosier A7 or driving it to Walmart 2x a week. Are we talking about a car that has 60k miles or fresh off the dealer floor.
1. Sway bars
2. End links so you can corner balance with your coilovers
3. Bushings
2 and 3 are wear items, and can easily move position if they need to we replaced.

The other stuff mentioned is useless junk.

^^^ Definitely this.
However, I would add that after EACH step, performance alignment.
Which means adjustable UCAs in front and camber arms/toe bolts (depending on need) in the rear....at least.
Did mine not to long ago. I went with whiteline bushings (lower control arm and compression arm). But for track, id use spl solid bushings. Also did lower ball joint and tie rod ends. Wasnt hard at all.
what ball joints did you end up going with? I see you have a 2004 so did you go with the duralast ball joints from advance auto? where do the lower ball joints sit? is it on the LCA?

Brand is SPD. Got them from conceptzperformance.com. And they sit on the knuckle.
for me its preference , i have tried all the settings , and i prefer the least roll into the corners
I can certainly feel the difference as i move the end links from softest to stiffest
have you tried the stiffest settings to see what you prefer ?
I went off lap times, sure it feels better set stiff, feels like you think a race car would feel. Once you start pushing at 9/10 to 10/10 , that is where a properly adjusted bar is faster.
i agree that you are racing , so you do what yields best results
but for me street driving i am just doing what feels the best
thanks Terra
I would rather have a system that is controllable at the limit if/when I get into an emergency situation. Beyond stupid stiff swaybars do not provide that at all.
