Default brake pads

what would be the best brake pads to replace the factory ones with. i have a touring model with the regular brakes on it. since its white after driving it for thirty minutes it looks black,any input would be appreciated ...thanks.

Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads have worked great for me. No dust, not any squeel to speak of. Just a little until a few stops and when they are really hot.
