Looking at a 2005 Track
I am looking at a 2005 (dark gray) Track model with only 10,700 miles. The car is being sold by a father who's son is in Iraq, and the car is nearly immaculate in condition and is like new. The son bought the car then got deployed. He is basically looking to sell it for what he owes, which is right at retail book value. He has all the paperwork and records (it's important to me).
This is by far the cleanest and best kept Z I have seen so far.
Do you guys think it's a fair deal at $27,000? It's basically a new car.
Thanks,
Dave

i bought a 05 performance with 50k miles for 22,000. you should be able to get him down a couple thousand. when you do, jump all over that. great car if you wanna hit up a few track days here and their, low miles....and damn, c'mon its a Z. for a true Z enthusiast who wouldn't pay just slightly more then ya really should
sounds like a good deal, make an offer and see how low he will go. And Z doesn't come in dark gray, is it dark silver/ light gray? if so, that's silverstone
EDIT: just found the autotrader ad...definitely looks nice and it is a silverstone

BTW who's name is on the title? Is the owner out of country?

There is a little more to the story, but I made an offer and if my financing goes through and the title work gets worked out it will be mine soon.
I think the color is silverstone.
I am basically looking to buy my dream car here and this is as close as I think I will ever get to it.
I have decided I only want a track model.
I know there are other cars out there for less money, but this is as close to a new car as you can get. It has 10,000 miles, 2,500 of which are transporting the car from Colorado to NC by the parents. I just get a really good vibe from this car.
