I’m guessing those 05 models you’re looking at have very few miles on them, cause car.com offers way better deals for 05's only they have a few miles on them.
I figure its better to buy an 05 with miles than an 03 without. So that’s the route I’m taking.
I'm also in the market for an 05, DB most likely 6 speed coupe, hopefully I can get one for under $20.
Good luck with your pursuit.

Internet shop, That's what I did. Shopped it at about 10 dealers and went to the one that offered invoice pricing.

If your going for an 05' check out edmunds.com and price out what an 05' would trade in for, so far they've been the most accurate with determining that IMO, then you'll know what the absolute bottom line for the dealer probably is.

Why take the entire family shopping with you?

A seller is going to play one buyer against the other. If he can get one person to go up $500, he will try for another $500 from another. Its sort of like a bidding war with the car going to the highest bidder. That's not what I would want.
