Default 2004 track vs. 2004 touring?

Hey all,

I've been looking around for 350z's for a while now and after a bit of reading on the forum i've decided to steer clear of all 2003 models.. I'll be test driving two cars tomorrow; a 2004 track and a 2004 touring..

The touring model is looking more of a better deal at the moment, but I can't seem to spot the differences visually between the two (besides the rear spoiler on the track). Could somebody point out any other exterior differences between the two models for me?

Here are the two cars i'm looking at, keep in mind I'm from Australia and our currency and milage system are measured differently

2004 Touring:

2004 Track:

Any feedback would be appreciated!

well i have a 2003 and i love mine but yes there were some issues that needed to be adressed . mainly a new tranny after 28k .

some of the difference that i know of on mine are

1. small rear wing
2. brembo breaks
3. rays forged wheels

either way u go id deff say get the 10 year 100k warr for the powertrain i paid $1000 bucks after wheelin and dealin .

quick replies, much appreciated!

so basically the only major differences between the two (external body wise) are the wheels and the rear spoiler, i read the track version has a front spoiler, but for the life of me i can't spot the difference between the front of both models?

I'll be changing the wheels 2 weeks after i buy the car so they're not a big issue with me, if the only difference is the rear spoiler i think i'll lean towards the touring model considering performance wise they deliver the same output and the touring model is alot cheaper down here (i can always get the rear spoiler put on later down the track)

Looking forward to test driving the both of them tomorrow

Track has Brembo brakes; Touring does not. Personally, I'd go for what I thought was the best deal. Not any significant differences in the two, imo.
