Default Worst year for 350z? One to avoid??

I am buying a 350z (FINALLY) in the next couple weeks. I have heard from numerous people that one of the years 03-08 is considered like the "lemon" year and should be avoided because it has the most problems. Is this true? Is there a specific year to avoid that has had the most problems?
Right now i am looking at a
2003 350z Enth with 33k miles for $15,500 Good deal you think?

Whatever the year have it checked out by a mechanic you pay & trust.

Some 06s had oil consumption issues.

Newb here...been stalking for a while, just don't bother to post. And I did do my due diligence and read the FAQ 100 questions, and spent way too much time on the site....

Just for my clarification, only the 05 35th Anniversary Edition and the 06's with the manual transmission were suspect to oil consumption problems, correct? The 06's and 05 35th Anniversary Edition's mated with auto transmission were free from oil consumption problems?

Seems to be a lot of confusion on the board about which engine types suffered from oil consumption...

From my reasearch the 03 and 06 have the most problems. The 03 has a bunch of little dumb problems like rattles, window motor dying, and the tire feathering. The 06 MT seems to consume oil which is a pretty big problem to me as well. Personally the 03 seems like the worst year but an 03 with 45k miles or so would have most likely gotten the tire feathering issue somewhat handled under warranty as well as by then any transmission problems would have shown.
