350Z value on the rise?

PURCHASED 2006 Black 350Z Touring with 49K Miles
Car runs perfect except the frkn clutch/transmission chatter noise
It goes crazy at low RPM when in 1st and 2nd gear. Also it sounds like a tin can with bunch of rocks when shutting the car off.
But I've read numerous threads saying its perfectly normal and lot of other Z's have the same noise.
Regardless, gotta check it out at the dealership because it still has the powertrain warranty.
Any input?
