Default Looking to buy a 350Z Roadster... what do you guys think about the price on this one?

First off, great website as this is my first post. I've been lurking for about 3 weeks when I finally decided on which car I'm going to purchase.

Anyways, drove this one today but the dealer was a little reluctant to work on the price with me. Might go back on Monday to see if we can meet somewhere in the middle.

Car is in great shape all around. What do you guys think about the price given the year/mileage/package?

I really appreciate it... I'm more curious as to what the market is dictating these cars to be at right now and what they're going for. Thanks.

I assume you haven't read all the threads about clutch/transmission problems and rev-up oil consumption issues.

I agree with just under $18k, remember you have the winter season working for you in this case - dealers know this too! All sports cars go cheaper in the NW and NE this time of year!

I have actually. I have found that in the thread relating to the oil consumption issues, many have chimed in that they have 40k+ miles on their car with no said issues. So not sure if its a spotty issue or even something worth taking a gamble on.

Just buy my 03 Touring and be done with it. It's way better than a ZR.

It all depends on how you talk to them. Ask for the Vargas it will tell you how long the have had it. I used that as a tactic to get mine cheaper. Also look at anything that could lower the value. After you have stated your case tell them your offer if it is reasonable and they reject tell them thanks for their time and you will bring their business elsewhere
