Default Brazilian need advice of a 350z 2004-2005

Hello guys, I am searching over an year about the 350z and saving the money to finaly buy my Z. I may sounds crazy, but here in Brazil, due to the heavy duty taxes, an 2004-2005 Z costs around US$ 50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars) and a new one is around $110,000.00 . That is the ugly thruth!
Here is the situation, and it is what I would like to hear a word of advice from you guys what to do here. There are 2 cars that I am interest in, one is 2004/5 and it has 800 miles on it. It belongs to a very rich guy that has more than 14 cars in its garage. ( my concern about that car is because it has so little use in almost 9 years, so what problems should I expect to face if I purchase it.)
The other one, is very well kept too, same year, but has around 30k miles on it, and the exaust is not original, so this kid might have invested some money on this item, and probably has make the car run in high rpms to make the exaust scream. So the engine could have suffered a bit already.
The car will for my daily use.

Both cars are MT. has Brembo Brakes, Leather seats , Rays Wheels and so on

Hope to hear from you.

regards

Rogerio

PS. Forgive my english, since my home language is portuguese.

800mi vehicle
A vehicle sitting that long, things to check or ask:

Has there been gas/fuel in the tank this whole time, how much and how often has the car been driven or moved.

Fluids, ie; trans, diff, coolant, engine oil etc... just because it isn't being driven doesn't mean it isn't breaking down or sludging up.

Flat spots on tires

Condition of shocks if it truly has been just sitting I would check for leaks and obviously ride quality

Other than that you should be good to go, nothing some fluid flushing or tire swap wouldn't fix worst case scenario, IMO

I think it's a no brainer if the prices are similar, don't even bother with the higher mileage vehicle.

And yes you have pretty girls with phenomenal booty's , LUCKY YOU! LOL

Intensesales, thanks for your advices. I have heard that the tires can be expired, and it lasts only 5 years. So in case I purchase that car, I might need to trash the original tires (tires are also very expensive here, around US$ 500,00(yes, five hundred) per tire. Do you think that makes sense....or not....
