Default what should i set my asking price at

I tried kbb and edmunds, but i don't think they are fair prices to ask so i figured i would ask what you guys think i should ask and how much i should take for my Z. I want to sell it to buy an 04 roadster.

Here are the specs

2003 Touring 6MT
Silverstone
Orange interior
24000 miles
no scratches or dents
interior is like new
all documents

aero, heated seats, bose, floor mats, kick plates, etc.

kbb retail: $31,130
kbb private sale: $28,505
kbb trade-in: $26,000

edmunds retail: $29,351
edmunds private sale: $26,689
edmunds trade-in: $25,172

I don't see why those wouldn't be fair prices. The car is only a year old. You'd be selling for what, $6k - $8k less than you paid? That is reasonable depreciation. And those numbers are all on par with what I've seen on Auto Trader.

Sweet, you can sell it for a profit! Haha. How did you get it for so cheap? And why are you selling it so soon?

to get a roadster, my fiancee talked me into test driving one and now I really want to trade up, esp. since i came into some money. Plus, I now want a black Z. since it is so convenient to wash since it is so small...my black ford explore never was clean cause it took twice as long to wash it and i could never get it perfect, the Z is a piece of cake to keep clean for me.

You only paid 25k for it? wtf? Sell it at a profit. I have never heard of such a thing. I would post it at kbb private party value and see what you get.

If you know people, it's certainly understandable to be so cheap. If that's the case he shouldn't feel like he's ripping someone off by selling it for its value. If he got it so cheap for another reason (e.g., theft recovery, flood), then I can see why he doesn't want to sell it for that price.
