Default Is it ok to use Car Duster Long term wise?

I was thinking about getting OXO Good Grips Car Duster
But is it ok to use this everyday in order to get rid of dust on my black car?

Not sure about the OXO one, but the California Car Duster is certainly safe enough.

Visit a car show. See what those who display cars use.

just don't use it on mud and don't apply too much pressure.

I'd check the pad once in a while for like pebbles and shiz.. and get a new one if it gets too nasty looking, or you can try washing it.

From the looks and description of the OXO Duster, it's just a knock-off of the Cali duster. So, in theory, it shouldn't harm your paint.

I wouldn't use it for anything more then LIGHT dust. Make sure you also follow the directions at the beginning for removing the excess paraffin as well.

Very true! People need to understand that these products are for removing a fine layer of dust/pollen/etc. It is not for cleaning a dirty car. Neither is a quick detailing spray with a microfiber towel.
