zaino
Zaino is sold by authorized distributors (you'll find them at car shows) and by mail order. Sal wants every customer to get specific instructions and good answers to their questions, so he does not want Zaino sitting on a store shelf where no one can answer even basic questions.
If you want more information, go to www.zainobros.com. You'll find info on all of the products (it can be confusing, but after hearing it from someone who knows about Zaino, it'll all make sense). You can also print out an order form and send in an order. For a starter kit, I'd recommend one each: Z-2, Z-6, Z-7, Z-16, Z-18 and ZFX. You can't order by phone (they only accept checks), but you can call and see if there's a distributor nearby (the best option, since you'll have a local expert you can go to).
