Default Simply amazing!

Greg @ Detailed Image:
You have earned a customer for life! I promise to never buy otc car products again!
Guys I bought the porter cable buffer and a whole slew of pads, polishes etc. I have gone over the car with the Menzerna intensive polish and have only gotten the hood done so far with the PO106ff polish..I had what looked like hard water stains in the clear coat that NOTHING else would get out. They are definately history now...I have never seen paint this shiny...im simply amazed.
dont hesitate guys...buy the stuff from Greg, you wont be disappointed!
Tom

I'll post pics asap..

Tom,

I'm thrilled to hear that you are getting great results from the products and that you enjoyed your shopping experience with Detailed Image. I know water marks can be difficult to remove so I'm glad you got the right polishes, pads and buffer to restore the clear coat to like new condition. The Menzerna polishes are exceptional in my opinion and really make the paint glossy. I'm excited to see some pictures when you get time. Let me know if I can help you any further with any other part of your detailing routine.

well bro I STRONGLY suggest buying the porter cable...its on sale right now and it IS SO EASY TO USE!!! The menzerna polish will make quick work of it..

its like the difference between useing a crescent wrench (polishing by hand) and a 12 point snap on ratcheting wrench( useing the porter cable) there's just no comparison to the end result..its night and day...its the "right tool for the job" period...

I tried everything I could use by hand and nothing worked..tried the polish and the p/c and presto...

so where are you in Texas? if yer close maybe we can get together and make your ride look good again...

Nothing by hand will ever take out anything. I'm glad you got a PC. It's great isn't it??

I mostly agree with this statement. I've tried a lot of products over the years and the best I usually managed was to fill/cover up the paint imperfections.

If you can afford the PC, I definitely recommend that route now.

<--Recently converted to PC use!

yeah, you are correct. It "covers" up things. Most over the counter products use a lot of "fillers" that after you are done, you feel like you fixed the problem. Next carwash, after the fillers are gone, all the imperfections are back.

I agree with a lot of the other posts on here that a PC or quality buffer is essential for polishing results. You can wax by hand and get comprable results to a buffer but polishes are different. Polishes contain micro-particles designed to permanently remove imperfections, oxidation, etc.

If you use a buffer I recommend:
Porter Cable 7424 (On Sale $109.99 for November ONLY!)
Velcro Backing Plate
Orange Light Cutting Pad
White Polishing Pad
Menzerna Intensive Polish
Menzerna Final Polish II

If you're working by hand I'd recommend just the polishes:
Menzerna Intensive Polish
Menzerna Final Polish II
2X Microfiber Applicator Pads

After you polish you may want to protect the surface with any of our sealants. Let me know if you have any other questions I can help you with.
