Safe Tire Dressing? And Safe Wheel Polish?
Can anyone recommend some safe tire dressing? By safe, I mean dressing that won't cause any damage whatsoever to the polished wheels (non-acidic, in other words)
Along with that, some wheel polish that is safe to use on polished wheels (repolished, in my case)
Thanks
Dave

I use Eimann Fabrik Hi-Intensity cleaner when I am cleaning my wheels/wheel wells. It is non-acidic and is perfectly good to use on clear coated/painted wheels.
In terms of a dressing, for my wheels I use Zaino Z-2 polish.
For tires, I use Z-16 Perfect Tire Gloss

The P21S Wheel Gel is totally safe to clean any wheel with. It's pH balanced so it will never stain or fade the wheel. I like to polish my wheels with the P21S Finish Restorer and a two sided microfiber towel. If you want to protect your wheels try a coat of sealant, I really like the Poorboy's World Wheel Sealant. For the tires I use the Poorboy's World Bold n Bright dressing. It's a water based dressing that actually gets absorbed by the rubber. Silicone based dressings sit on top of the rubber and look nice but have potentially harmful side effects.
Also make sure you're cleaning, polishing, sealing the wheels with safe materials so you don't scratch the wheels. Microfiber is probably the tool of choice or something very soft and plush.
If you have any other questions please let me know. You can get 10% off all of these products at Detailed Image with the coupon code "10off350Z" (case sensitive).

I've got some Bold and Bright, actually purchased it from Detailed Image, but since I just had my wheels repolished, before I used it, I wanted to make sure it wouldn't cause any harm to the polish

Tire dressing? I like a water soluble tire dressing. Put a little dressing in a glass of water. Does it dissolve? Yes? Then its water soluble.
Wheel polish? If wheels are clearcoat any good one-step wax will work.

I've groomed an AC Cobra and one other car with these products this week, and both owners are blown away with the results, impressed with the ease of application.
Larry uses a mix of Simple Green and water for the inside of the wheels. He uses soap and water for the tires and the outside of the wheels. He uses Mother's chrome polish for the outside of the wheels and Wheel Wax for the inside of the wheels. He uses a bunch of cleaning tools on the inside of the wheels like tooth brushes, miscellaneous brushes, etc.
He uses Eagle 1 on the sidewalls of the tires and something else on the rest of the tires.
He won't tell me what he cleans the inside of the wheel wells with. He spends hours cleaning the wheels every time we use the car.
