Default APS Twin Turbo w/cams on Street tires time

Now that Im more comfortable with the current setup we decided to go to the drag strip at Infineon Raceway last week. Here is my best time. I'll get the slip in when I scan it or take a picture of it.

Temp: 80
Humidity 0
Barometer 29.90
R/T .321
60' 1.998
330' 5.428
660' 8.156
MPH 89.12
1000' 10.476
MPH
1/4 12.424
MPH 114.04

Next month I'm putting the slicks on and breaking into the 11's.....Yeahhhh.

Thx,

I got 4 runs that night

12.866
13.109
12.424
13.237

My 4th run I got eliminated after dialing a 12.32. My Wheels are 19's...245 FR 275Rears

I lowered it to 25psi and softened my suspension so I get the nice hook.

Sorry, in a thread in F/I somebody thought you were Canadian...

According to the ET calculator, you should be running mid to high 11's. They don't factor traction though...

I think my car could hit 11's if I got some damn traction. That time was with spinning in second. Im predicting an 11.7 or so on DR's.

With slicks you can definately hit 11's. You'll need to cut your 60's by 2 tenths. Nice runs.

Yes I really want to know What is your Boost Pressure
Bacause I ran 12PSI Boost + 85 shot Nitrous + M/T Slick (ET Street 26x11.5x15 ) = 11.9s

nitrous350 what is your elevation at the track? Looks like he is making alot more power than you. Also you dropped compression so that could be another reason he makes more power.

How much does your car weigh? Just asking because I have pulled multipel 12.1's with my APS kit detuned to only 400whp with the same trap speed, 114. I had high 1.7 60's but you shoudl trap higher than 114 if you have 440whp... IMHO..... My car with me in it weighs 3500. I will be switching maps this week and racing sunday.. Shooting for high 11's as well... All I have is the APS TT, test pipes and Injen exhaust... Nice 60' times for street tires though....

My car is on the stock engine @8.5psi it weighs 3360 w/out me. With me its 3540. If i could stop spinning in 2nd i would probably trap higher. I can't wait to see what the slicks will do.

I think Your next mod will be a real LSD. My street tires hook up real nice in 2nd gear with my Nismo GT Pro!!

I've heard the stock LSD is good but you are saying that the Nismo is excellent. Hmm I might have to think about that. So you hook real good in 2nd wow, thats what i need. I have to feather and roll into the throttle just to keep traction. It really becomes an art driving a very high HP car. Thanks for the info.

Something is up with your car or that pass or something... on 14.5psi + 60 shot on a car with fwd and about 80whp less to begin with my car trapped 125, spraying in 4th gear only. With all that boost + 85shot you should be trapping well in excess of 116. Hell you should out trap me by a significant margin. If someone were to tell me about a Z running 12psi and an 85shot I'd estimate a trap in the mid-high 120s.
