^thats a surprisingly lazy powerband for a car has with 18g's, cosworth heads and 3.8L. 15* isnt that conservative.

Nice ET for a pretty slow trap = good driving

91 octane, and I'm guessing the CR was lowered though I'm not positive. I believe they are going to do a 100 octane tune at some point soon, which should peppy things up a bit.

I think he will have a better ET shifting manually even with the built tranny. I bet he hit the rev limiter when it shifted. Maybe you can tell with the vid that was shot.

I like your theory of going slow, one step at a time.
Since you are so successfull, maybe you can help me(some advice).
I have a Z thats under 300hp, yet I'm having traction problems. I had m/t street/drag radials 275/40/17 now I'm trying Hoosier slicks 26" 10"w 15".
Two tires that are used in many 500+hp cars. Why can't I launch above 3,000rpm without losing traction? Did you do something with your suspension? Any ideas ????????
So few Z drag racers. Nice to see a good one.....

lower your air pressure and get some heat into them....they'll hook. I ran 11psi in the DRs on that pass and did a nice big burnout.

What you are saying is play with it, instead of touch suspension.

yup, you are nowhere near needing suspension tweaks. I have camber arms and toe bolts so I can run only a 1/2 degree of negative camber, but I have over 500whp.

Default pictures of my car

Clean, tough & fast looking. Like the Nissan God intended it to be
Lower look done by 17' wheels. Tires rear 275/40/17-front 235/45/17.
Drives smooth like new, with better handling. I hope you like it.

Two drag ready pictures are @ Atco N.J. where I did that 12.874 run & two back up runs at 12.928 each.

My other times were at Racewaypark, so I guess I now have a back up track

I TRIED TO POST MY NEW TIME SLIP OF 12.874 @104+mph BUT IT DIDN'T GO THROUGH

You're from N.Y.? Don't try to get me in trouble. I may ask to meet you in person. Just to talk. Man to old man

I did this (loading/posting) on my own. Not bad for the first time

First, sorry, didn't recognize you.

Why don't you go to the drag times (right here)of 07/08 bolt on section. I hold the number one spot @ 12.887@106+ which is a bit lower than my previous number one time of 12.904.

At Lebanon I had bad traction problems. I have about ten runs in the 12's.

You can help me out & at the same time see the 3 runs I did at Atco.

I can email you them, & you can do me a favor and post them here. OK?
