AJ - I say you keep the jets where it is and shoot for 11s as-is. Anybody can bump their power and achieve faster ETs, but only the skilled can extract the most out of their set up.
Plus, I don't need more juiced Zs in the 11s tempting me to go back to the drag strip (which requires new wheels/slicks since my old 15s don't fit over my Brembos).

i agree, throwing power at it is not the quick fix. getting the most out of your setup and running faster than people with more power = success.
Updated the engine swap list with snyper's time. Quamen was bumped to 2. Also, green is the new color to denote swap on the overall list (for motor, etc). Somehow the overall list got all askew...so I cleaned it up as well.

Wait a second... did you just put me in 2nd place and last place all at the same time???
well i found out tonight my car is now at the point it wont hook on drag radials, im leaving sunday for a work trip so i didnt feel like putting the slicks on, loading the tools and trailer up and towing an hour to jacksonville. so i just drove the car down on the nitto radials i have on it regularly, and i ran a awesome 12.80 with a 2.3 60' started with 16 psi ended with 7 psi in them with no improvement.
they said the track wasnt hooking up good tonight because they just scraped it, and they didnt prep any because of the chance of rain.
so im pretty aggravated.
Congrats Quamen! Impressive time for no boost or nitrous!
Thank you very much! The car is falling flat on it's face after 5K so there is still a bit more left in it once I fix the problem and actually tune for power! Hoping to go back once more this year and put down a high 10.8XX to low 10.9XX and a 60' under 1.500.
