Ordered My cage yesterday. Its 3 weeks out so it will probably be at least a month before I can try for some quicker times.
In going on drag radials Friday if its nice and I'm gonna add some timing and go to a custom map I have and try for 12.70s n/a

Why run on radials if you have slicks? Are you going to let that shop sponsor you since your adding a cage.

Do some weight reduction when you run this Friday for possibly a faster time.

I can drive it down there on the radials. And if I go on slicks it will be faster than 11.49 and a cage will be required. I'm gonna go and play with it n/a and maybe if I can get the jets hit it with a 150 shot once or twice on radials.
No no sponsorship. I actually bought the cage from another place.

I would do weight reduction but there's not really anything worth taking off.

I meant running on slicks since you bogged your 12.9 run. I understand about driving on radials to the track.

Still thinking about switching nozzles? I receive my NX nozzle this week. I will do a before and after with the Zex nozzle.

I'm just gonna run on radials till I get the cage installed. I'll see what I can pull out of it on radials. And I looked at the nozzle stuff some. I may mod mine I'm think the difference is the id of the tube.

i got my nitrous jetting changed and it feels great. its like a completely different car!!!!
i monitored it on the wideband and its around 12.4-12.8 from 40-110 atleast.

i cant wait to get my cage in and put the slicks back on it and run it.

So 125 wet and 25 dry? Still stock timing you are on the edge especially with a 12.8 AFR. (could be wrong)

i was shooting for 125 and 25. yes still stock timing.
the jets i used are .052n .028f. my afr actually came down with the new jets. i was around 13.2-13.4 with my old jets. but man i wouldnt think "25" more hp would make so much of a difference. im hoping to break the 120 mph mark when i run it on slicks again.

How has your engine not blown yet with that AFR and on stock timing?

I can see why you trap so high, though.

Host the image on photobucket, flicker, etc so that the image is visible within the thread, 08NismoZ.

i really feel like it has lasted at long as it has because, i only spray it when im racing or testing it. its not like im boosted and beating the crap out of it everyday. and 12.8 afr is not that bad. i feel realy good about the afr being around there, i have one step colder plugs and i pulled them and they look good too.

12:8 under load on giggle gas is too lean for my tastes...regardless of plug temps.
