06 is a lot faster top end though. On a roll it takes a few mods to keep up in a DE, so the backhalf of the track will be faster for the 06, the front half for the pre-06. I'm making that distinction because he may have intended his post to mean that?

Oh, I never said they werent fast. They just break a lot. Ever seen one with a 2JZ motor? Its awesome.
A lot like the guy with the 240Z on this forum. I know his name, just having a brain fart right now. If you wanna see an awesomely clean run though, go find his video's.

I've got a lot of respect for Hondas. I used to have one. 00 civic Si. Mine ran 11.5 and trapped 123mph, was still reliable as hell. Bought it brand new for 17500 then sold it used with all the mods for 12000 6 years later and bought the Z.
When done right, modded Civics are a lot of fun.
