Default Even better 1/4 times and slips inside!

Again, slips are in order of runs. . .Ok so i went to the track and once again i am getting better and better at my launches so i have beaten my old times by .2 . . .my personal best at 13.36 last night with the same "bolt-ons" since my times get put in that category (even though they aren't really bolt-ons) which are drop-in K&N's and Falken FK452's for rear tires, stock size. . .I ran atleast 15 times last night but won't clutter the page with too many, just puttin up the 4 leading to my best. . .

#154

04 GT Stang. . .

Newest Tiburon. . .there was a gang of them out there and they all basically posted the same times. . .

97 built/ S/C GT Stang. . .

03-04 GT Stang Convertible. . .there was a lot of mustangs and Tiburons out last night. . .

so as i got done with my last run i hear a flipping/vibrating noise on my rear window, it was the blade on my rear wiper torn because of the wind. . .well that michelin blade didn't last long. . .they aren't cheap either. . .oh well, had a fun night even though i was the only Z out there. . .except for a 240 that was in attendance, didn't get to see what he ran though. . .

edit: i always wanted to know what my car weighed with me in it and i finally got to put it on the scale in houston last weekend. . .3490lbs. . .that's heavy huh. . .or atleast i am (218lbs). . .haha. . .

For easy reading you can circle your car on the time slip. You are doing well. Nice driving.

I see 13.2X seconds in the future.

The difference between 1/4 and 1/8 mile trap speed is only 20.7 MPH. That difference is primarily due to poor, average or good air. On a good air day, I would like to see 105.XX MPH.

Go for it!

all suspension is stock. . .haven't changed a bolt on it. . .tightened or loosened. . .just put some crapier tires in the rear and some drop in k&n's, which don't do much in my opinion, except for breathing a lil better. . .but nothing has really changed. . .

once my falkens are done with i'm goin for invos. . .just ordered them for the front. . .gotta wait for the rear to fade away, as much as i've spun in my 452's it just doesn't seem like they are loosing any rubber. . .

not quite sure what you mean by "throw third hard" and why wouldn't you get a slip for it. . .?

i really don't launch at a specific rpm by letting it sit at a certain rpm, i rev up to it. . .i think the track prep allows you to launch at a good rpm. . .if it's sticky as hell then you could probably slip it at a higher rpm. . .the night i made these runs it was hard to heat my tires up sometimes. . .
