First time, need advice
So tonite was my first time ever at a drag strip. I don't know how I did, but i'm pretty sure it was bad
1st time ever:
60' ... 2.335
1/8 ... 9.475
1/4 ... 14.559 @ 88
2nd time (forgot to turn off tcs
):
60' ... 2.479
1/8 ... 9.818
1/4 ... 14.875 @97.8
3rd run (spun tires too much in first and second):
60' ... 2.295
1/8 ... 9.5
1/4 ... 14.486 @ 98
Now I really have no idea what this says about my driving, other than I suck and need more practice. What I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice, cause at this point I don't have any.
Thanks

Could definantly use some work. I tend to launch about 2800-3000 and shift at 6800 (or 6600 on stock 03-04) in 1st and 2nd. Then about about 200 before redline from 3rd to 4th. What mods on the car (if any)? Temperature can also play a significant part in trap and traction.
There could be tons of factors that are unforseen on our part to assist you with answering your question accurately... Were you staging deep or shallow and how was your reaction time? What kind of tires/wheels are you running and/or were you running a lower air pressure in your tires? Mods? There could be MANY more factors, these are just some of the questions I had right off the top. Proper launch control is definitely key. Also, this is not bad for your first time, I guarantee you that if you continue to get a better feel for Z and keep hitting the strip, your times will only get better. Practice makes perfect...

I have a handful of 14 seconds time slips I just don't post them that's all.
If it was easy to run 13.8 seconds everyone would be in the Top-25. They are not. Practice. Practice. You will get it.

Sniff sniff smells like bull poop to me. Post a time slip here:
