Default Finally took the 370z out

I was hoping for a great day, but like always was disappointed.

Car is
2009 370Z Touring
standard
18" wheels, no limited slip (sucks)
JWT Popchargers
full weight (nothing removed I should say)
3/4 tank of gas

I think this about covers it.

Best time = 13.704 @ 104.39mph
2.154 60'

It was a test and tune night and honestly, I hate it. First pass was my best pass. I launched easy to get a feel for the track, figuring I would launch a little harder each time to find the sweet spot. But then after the first run, everything fell down hill. Stock taurus in front of me, drives right through the water box, no burnout nothing and onto the pad. I can see water everywhere, I point it out, but the track people dont care. Spin spin spin, no love rest of the night.

I'd def like a limited slip differential and some dr's. But need to buy a oil cooler kit because this car does not like to be hot lapped at all and that sucks.

I just got home, will post a pic of the slip in a little bit.

It was faster then my 03 in my avatar. I had pop charger, spacer and test pipes on that one too. Still, needs to be faster.

Thats crazy, our times are almost the same. I ran a 13.70 at 104.xx(don't remember the exact) with a 2.15 60ft with slight clutch slip threw first gear. We would be a good race =)

not a bad start, 13.7 is better than my first run in my 350Z & 370Z.

Yea, its hard for me to go to the track because its over 2 hours away. I love to go though. I know it will be faster, but not sure street tires are gonna be the way to do it on street nights. The track gets so messed up on street nights.

yea night times there suck for track conditions. if you can get in with a group on a track rental day it's the best. I did more runs in 3hrs then I did in 2 months. and they don't keep fixing the track but there are only like 20-30 cars and they switch off which lanes you use.

Yea, I did work there. I just left it about a week or two ago.

Davidv, sorry for the poor quality of the slips. I'll work on better ones. There really isnt much to see. The track was terrible and neither were really clean runs.
