shabz,
read this thread https://my350z.com/forum/intake-exhaust/339050-x02-exhaust-owners.html

You get what you pay for. My HKS has stayed bright, not one blemish.

Honestly, i have done my research and found out everything i need to know... this exhaust wont be used in the winter so the rusting issue dosent concern me... the pictures posted above have been going around for some time now.. but its the ONLY 350z ive seen that has this issue with the X02... i havent heard this shyt from anyone else.

infact i have heard over 6 positive comments from users about this exhaust... they seem very pleased with it and are glad they dident waste their money on the HKS which is basically the SAME setup..

i dunt know guys.. ive set my mind on this exhaust... one bad experience dosent hold me back

There are many complaints of people having rust, even 100 miles after it was installed in the southern states. The "tips" go first. If you want it, get it, we're just trying to help.

It's not about driving through winter. It's about being exposed to any element even summer.

Hey man,
No need to get so defensive, its your car, get what you want.

I doubt you will be able to source out that exhaust locally, none of the shops would carry the china line.
You are probably better off just ordering from a forum vendor...

Thanks Church,

Not tryin to get defensive n shyt... my post stated where i can buy it... not if i should buy it or not... but hey, thanks for all the input

Anyone have ANY true dual exhaust they want to sell me??... it dosent have to be an X02... i just need something.. i really like the HKS... dont got that kinda cash rite now... so i liked the X02 because of the similar design... however, im at a point where i dun give a shyt.. n i juss need any dual exhaust!... about 4 months ago i picked up a custom exhaust that actually belonged to XuperXero originally, then got sold to Cribbie... this exhaust is pissin me off and for some reason i feel like ive lost a fair amount of low end torque as a result of having no muffler... it sounds SICK, roars nicely... but performs like shyt...

anyone have any exhaust they wanna sell me??... anything except the JIC.. i personally dont like the single look

thanks, n drive ezzz on dem snow up roads!... zeeeen

^lol! I wanted sound, not perfomance

But you're in same boat as me, I ditched the exhaust to get a true dual for more power.

Speaking of which, I have Injen SES angled tips in my basement, interested?
