I can speak directly for Vibrant and tell you this. The intakes are made of the same aluminum as AEM's are. AEM powder coats them but it doesn't nothing for heat because after all the pipe is still aluminum.
AEM uses their own air filter, Vibrant uses S&B filters which has been making good quality filters for the Domestic crowd (V8's not cavaliers/sunfires) for about 25 years now.
So in that case, yes they are just as good.

What’s is ricer?
That is ricer, a 350 ricer

What a ricer cavalier looks like, not mine

How can you say my cavalier is ricer, look at those cars. I have been told by many people that my cavalier is one of the clearest cavaliers around. Have you heard of Darknights, it’s a very large car show. I attended the show in 2005, there were over 1500 cars in attendance. I won 3rd place cavalier, and since than I have won 9 more awards, someone must have liked it.
Ricer headlights and tails could be debatable, ricer wheels, how is that. Ricer calipers, just because they didn’t come from the factory painted doesn’t make them ricer. And if that is true, I have seen many ricer painted non brembo on 350z on here. Ricer bodykit, how so, it’s not sticking out all over the place, it is very close to stock with only subtle changes.

options? how about he search this site and vendor sites? I guarantee he won't find a DatooR intake. I mean... comeon LOOK at those pieces of ****... anyone with a brain can tell they are junk. and not just the filters. if he went to some vendor sites, he would have ALL the options in the world, and most intakes are affordable.
he might also find out that putting an intake on is really a worthless mod, except for looks. not that it stops anyone (hey, even I have an intake!). but the prices he's talking about are ridiculous, unless it's an ARC pipe!
I guess I am jaded. we have allot of ricers in NJ, I deal with them constantly. and hate it. But tooth, I will be nice since he's a countryman of yours.
help?
ok here, go to these websites and see what your options are. stay away from Ebay and stay away from anything you see in the back of car magazines, jegs or JC Whitney for a while.

Who’s the kid, I am older than you are.
Why are you so bitter? Do you not realize that your base model Z barely cost more than a fully loaded Civic, Neon or Cobalt here in Canada? But yet you think you are so much better than them. Your not.
not everyone had to like my cavalier, if you all loved cavaliers you would own one not a 350z, but i would like to be shown some respect.
some of you have to admit...his cavalier isn't overdone with a lotta cars that we've seen on the road. The kit is alright and doesn't go overboard..it's clean minus how his lights look (which I don't think it fits the overall rest of the car). But everyones entitled to their own opinion so just have your flame suit on ready since it is the internet
And the term 'rice' is too vague nowadays but it pretty much falls into two categories...ugly rice(those who get consumed by too much jdm power that they go overboard) and nice rice(refer to noodles car ;p)

my comments were added in bold to your quoted text.
you don't get respect because of the car you drive. and I also already told 2th that I would chill out, so I won't continue this any further since I was out of line anyway.
and I never said that Z's weren't getting riced out
my point is that I don't want another one coming in. stick to the vendor sites that I showed you for the beginning to get an idea what is quality and what works.

Just because those cars are worse, doesn't make your car not rice. they are just another level of terrible. and really, most people have terrible taste, especially at car shows so I don't take stock in that statement.

your offsets suck, and those rims probably came from discount tire direct winter wheel specials. they look cheap and very out dated. but modding is personal I guess and I shouldn't pick on your taste. your bodykit is ricer because the rear bumper sticks out past your wheels on the side (3 quarter shot you posted). the sideskirts look like painted 2x4s and the hood doesn't fit to the front of the bumper. seriously, the updated stock bumper looks better, with a lip.
I have looked at a lot of Z body kits and I don’t like most of them. I am going to be looking for something very clean like a nismo lip kit for my 350.
neither do I. I only like maybe two kits: Amuse and Nismo V2.

wtf are you even talking about? lol. and how is it 'my' not? I don't even get that. haha, oh man. you are barking up the wrong tree. what does the cost of my car or your car have to do with it? a RX7 is about 12k right now, and? a 330i is cheaper used that the Z was! price doesn't matter. it's the fact that I don't think of taking a crappy car and trying to mod it. I don't want to rag on the cavalier as a car, just as a car anyone would mod.

I see cavaliers that look like just like his every day of my godfosaken life. the only difference is the varying amounts of dents and scrapes and duct tape between the cars.

i've seen the pictures kev took of heidi and she's "okay", i wouldn't say she's hot by any means, but she's cute i guess. i've come across hotter girls randomly at yonge and finch, if only they went into import modelling
