I bet the judge was looking for a reason to let the guy off. Next time he is back facing manslaughter charges, maybe the judge will actually hold him responsible for his actions and the ******* will get some help (albeit too late).

This just proves that the law doesn't apply equally to all
This would have had another outcome if it would have been Mr. Who from North Bay driving his old pickup.
