Default Love for the Aurora Cops

So the cops always in the same spot almost everyday at bloomington past bayview to the north. I always make a turn on that street where they stand and catch speeders (knowing that they changed the speed not long ago from 80 to 60) I know they are always there and never speed, or dont speed anywhere for that matter 10+-... So as always i wave to the cops because i can probably tell them by face already since they camp out there everyday, so today after work, i do my usual turn and the guy yells "HEY!" im like what? he goes Pull over im like ok sec.

I get out of the car n say whats the problem sir, he goes do u know that u dont have a front plate? im like yes just got my front bumper painted and bracket is on order, he goes u got holes for it i say i know and the bracket is on order and will be on the car shortly. then he asks for insurance n ownership, for somreason i had old insurance papers, so he tell me their old i say sorry i dont know, its my dads car and i dont know anything about these papers, i just take this car to work once in a while, he goes alright fine, then looks in the car as sees sub woofer, n goes your dad has a boom box in the car? i go yea i installed it for him, he gives me a weired look (probably thinking man this guy is funny/joker), then looks at the rest of the car and gives me a big sigh and says just put the plate on the car and go home, i shake his hand, saying thanks for understanding and on my way home

Great cop this turned out to be, and i guess its time for me to put the plate on the car as soon as a do a quick photoshoot with out it. I tolled my self after first plate stop i put it on, i gues i have to stick to my word =(

Got any good cop stories?

Driving 120+ on 80 road, but its 1:00am, and its country road (kind of, from Oshawa to Markham, 7th road). Pull over, the cop say drive safe and drive slow, then let me go with no ticket.

Did donuts in parking lot at Wasaga beach a few summers ago... Park patrol came, stopped us. Called OPP and they came. Asked us what our reason was for this.
My reply? "Just having some fun"
Both OPP officers laughed and let us off with nothing.

Later on that night... Was driving home from Wasaga behind this redneck going 30km/h on a 70km/h zone. Decided to pass him on opposite lane as I saw broken lines. Next thing I know, flashers behind me and flashers in front of me. What are the chances of two OPP right there? As I pulled over, one OPP was an ******* and said I passed on solid lines and wanted to give me a ticket, but wasn't able to because the other OPP caught me first. The other OPP just played along, but not really serious then the ******* left and then the OPP told me he saw the broken lines since he was the one behind me and wanted to pass me as well, but I just did it at the wrong timing since it became solid line before I finished passing the car. Let me off with a warning. Funny thing is that when he was checking my license. He came back and asked "Hey, weren't you just pulled over for doing donuts like 15 minutes ago?" ........... "yup". He laughs and let me off.

Two warnings. 1 Night. Unforgettable Wasaga trip.

You can't really get out of the car if YRP pulls you over, from my experience. They'll ask you to stay seated in the car.

Hrmm my cop stories...

1) Was heading to friends place near Ninth line and the ETR. I'm stopped at the intersection heading east. Cop is making a left to go WEST from the south. So he makes his turn and as hes turning he looks to me and I look back and our heads are just turning to each other until he passes me. I wasn't going to let a cop stare me down since I know I didn't do anything wrong haha.

So when the lights turn green for me I go about my way east. I look at my rearview and he does a U-turn and I'm thinking there's no way hes going to pull me over. I cross the light and pass 1 stop sign and he turns his lights on. So pulled me over in a school/residential zone.

Anyways both cops got out out of the car, asian cop and a brown cop and they were just doing a checkup thinking my car was stolen. Turns out I had wrong insurance papers from last year and he probably could have dinged me for illegal tints too. They were quite friendly and probably saw my record was clean as a bird! (Yes never a speeding ticket or anything so far!) So we parted ways with a smile. I still see them from time to time and the cops chill near that same plaza once in awhile when I go pick up my starbucks.

2) I was driving home around 5am and was pretty damn sleepy. I just got off the ETR on yonge and was heading south. There's this infamous downhill that they nab a lot of people speeding since it's a 50 zone. So yea I fell asleep and my foot was on the accelerator a bit so I ended up doing a 70 on that downhill. I woke a bit up before that part but it was too late the cop's were flashing. Ends up being one of my neighbor cops on duty and I was like pretty much "crap I fell asleep". He let me off as he knows I drive like a turtle and I always do my full complete stops at stop signs From my house...there is always at least 3 cop cars within....less than 50 yards from different directions haha.

^He speaks the truth. I have been to his house. The area is infiltrated with cops. Very scared to cruise about 2000rpm due to test pipes last time I was there lol
