It costs so much because it says Nismo and is a well designed cnc cut metal oil cap. Its no worse than the $100+ Nismo shift *****. At least it lets people know you got money to blow.

 

Leave the cap off for a while and see what happens. . .

i remember the fued going on in the classifieds a while back regarding the nismo cap- is it true that it is just a plain cnc aluminum cap with a nismo sticker that you apply after its on? if thats the case...damn that just sucks. an arm and a leg for a cheap cap and sticker...."but it's jdm yo!"

 

Just to make sure, do a dyno test on both caps and post the results for us.
