Default ECU question?

Hey guys, what's up. I have a couple of questions that some of you might be able to answer. I drive a G356mt. I am going to get the reflash. I wanted to buy an extra ecu, but was wondering if the g35 and 350z ecu's are exactly the same and where I might be able to find one? thanks for any info.

hey g356gear, I see in your sig that you have a 350z ecu swap. What was involved and how did it work for you?

Most software reflashes only affect WOT or tip in to WOT............few dealers have the smarts [sophistication/technology] to data log WOT parameters. If they did, would the know enough to see a 5-8% change in injector open time or an extra degree or 2 of ignition advance.

If the software is written/modified properly you never know it from a MIL or even Consult/Obd2 scanner numbers.
