bummer deal man. you should have gone to nissan theyselves (not just a dealer) and caused alot of noise. i would hate to see you spend the money to get it rebuilt, especailly that much, then have a problem with the rebuilt one and have to deal with the tranny shop then. i had my trans replaced for free awhile back and the one nissan put in has a tough time going into 5th, so going to take it to them again to get another one.
