Here's some questions:

When is their exhaust system coming out, and what is the average HP & torque gain?

What the average HP & torque gain from the turbo system?

Did they have to upgrade engine internals and/or drivetrain components like the clutch or differential?

What problems did they run into with the turbo setup?

How have the dynamics of the car changed with the twin turbos?

Thanks!

InternetAbyss had spoke with a Nissan engineer a few months back and it sounded as though a supercharger is the best matchup for the Z due to the Z's linear powercurve. I would like to know they thoughts on supercharging vs. turbocharging and what would be the best setup for the Z.

Here is my list that I already sent them, but I still have not heard back. Makes it kinda hard to sell their products if they won't tell me about them.

How are the fuel and ignition controlled?

Is there an FMU that "fools" the ECU, or is the ECU modified?

Does the system use "piggyback" devices or a standalone system.

What size injectors does the kit use, or does it retain stock injectors?

What is the base boost level?

What is the highest boost level supported by the kit without any other modifications to the engine?

What is the largest amount of boost they have run on the Z engine so far, and with what results?

Specifications of the turbos?

At what RPM do the turbos spool?

What size is the intercooler?

Are there any modifications required of the bumper cover or bumper supports for the intercooler?

What safety features will the kit include?

What additional mods do they recommend to run with the kit for optimal performance?

How are check engine lights being defeated?

What kind of spark plugs are they running? Just one heat range colder?

Thats all I can remember right now, I'll try to find my original email with more.

very good questions
I'll add one:
If we don't like the choice for turbo's included in the set, would we be able to substitute in different turbos. (not likely but worth a shot)

Latest tidbit:

Release has been delayed until at least March, while they work out the fuel issues with the car..... More to come....

Monkey Man, I am sure you will be able to get it earlier than most.

But PE told me the U.S version will not be available until April, the earliest.

Valid questions Monkey Man. I'd like to add a few.

1. What are the CFM rates of the Turboes?
2. What is the price?
3. Is the kit complete? (Meaning does the kit come with ALL of the necessary supporting mods needed for a turbo ie., boost gauge with a nice sleek gauge pod for mounting, boost controller electronic or manual, EGT, A/F ratio meter, turbo timer, datalogging device or Laptop PC based fuel control, or just basically any kind of devices to monitor the performance of the turbo) I know you sort of covered this as safety features and additional mods needed, but I just wanted to clarify a bit, so we are on the same page.
4. Any warranty on the turboes or the engine?
5. Will there be any installation support?
6. Will there be any support for problems with the turboes as far as malfunctions after installation?

Thanks for all your questions guys.

Our freelance representative is boarding his plane today so this post will be closed as of today. We will try to address all your questions but please keep in mind the atmosphere will be crazy in the Tokyo Auto Salon and they may not have time to answer every one.

The interview will be in our DVD release and available to the public sometime in March. But once we get the interview onto the production floor I wil be more than happy to post answers to the questions you have asked here.

Thanks again!

Matthew
