To get directly to the point is there anything on the market that will help with A/T shifting. Seems a bit "lag" finding the gears. Thanks in advance.

Do a search, there are a few devices out there that you can get to increase the response time. One is a new torque converter. I forgot what the other one was, but it was something that had to do with the timing of your shifts. Keep in mind that these mods aren't cheap and they usually require a core exchange. Good luck.

SGP has a valve body that out does the Stillen by a mile . Pricey though...$1,100.00 . Mine is getting done right now

 

they don't do a core exchange for the valve bodies? i don't think i can go without mine since i drive the car every day

SGP has had mine for 4 weeks . They say 4 to 10 days on the web site . He knows my car is down because he has my motor also , I am wondering about it though

 

probably gonna save on freight by shipping the motor and tranny together lol

 

you dont send them the tranny..only the throttle body

 

The car is going back to stock, I am buying a Cayman. Yes, I will need the core. I can have the VB sent to you over night.

you know how much it will cost for labor to replace it? How much did you paid for?

 

It takes no more than 1 1/2 hr to remove the VB and reinstall the new VB. What price your shop charge by hr?
