does anyone think that resetting the ecu will help this?

No, I am pretty sure that it won't. Mine is almost the exact same even with all my mods, but I am going to get a UTEC to fix that problem.

There is no certain one number. It is just a value that the dyno comes up with depending on conditions.

Nice numbers. Guess the intake does help a lot. Here are my baseline completely stock: https://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-drivetrain/159807-went-to-the-dyno.html

Ive driven a rev-up G35 and the torque curve feels better in the rev-up motor than the 287hp, It feels like it pulls all the way to redline as opposed to the torque kind of slacky off in the 287hp. But as far as raw acceleration, the differences are negligable but i still think the 287hp may be a we bit faster.

you cant compare 2 cars dynoes, unless they are done same day, same dyno. some read higher some lower, the only thing that matters is the curve, and the gains he gets when he dynoes after mods.
