what do you think guys? I was acutally kinda disappointed. I thought for sure i would be at least >270HP. But looking at all your guesses, it seems i WAS a bit optimistic. Lets hear all your opinions...
For those mods, those numbers are high by about 20 hp

without a baseline those numbers are worthless. i could have a z that dynoes 220whp on a mustang that is faster than youre 260 on a dynapack. its just a tuning tool

btw where is the curve?

Dynapacks read high, and Church Automotive is known for a "happy" dyno, so imo your numbers are low. 267whp on a dynojet SAE would be in the high 240's, thats weaksauce imo....

BTW for what its worth 2 local STOCK Z's here on dynapacks dyno'd 256 and 259whp...

I was going to mention that it need to be a baseline from the same dyno as well. None-the-less congrats on your upgrades.

1. Dyno-pack does read higher than Dynojet. According to Shawn at Church Automotive, stock Z's that he's dyno'd have consistantly been getting ~252 base WHP. So basically w/ my mods its about a 10-15WHP gain. Which sounds about right.

2. No i dont have a baseline, so in a way they are kinda worthless, but this post was not to brag about how much i gained but just for informative purposes. Like i said early, i was VERY DISAPPOINTED and was acutally expecting higher results for all the money that i've dropped in already. I just want to give newer members a more realistic expectation on their planned mods.

funny side note:
there was a white 94' TURBO integra re-built engine, forged internals, etc, etc. That's puttin down 290WHP. Crazy... but he was watching my dyno with me and after the results came out we kinda both were just shaking our heads in disappointment.

I never got a baseline with my car but with Nismo exhaust it made 236whp on a dyno jet. I then added a pop charger and a Nismo Header and it made 247whp and 239ft.lbs. So a 15hp ft.lb gain should be good. But its where you made that power. At the top it doesn't really matter. Now you need a Unichip or some EM to maximize those gains.

yea, the main reason i did the dyno was to take it to TS for the reflash. But now i considering going to test pipes before the flash. Shawn at Church automotive said that my headers are kinda useless unless i take out my cats...

I could swear I hear something about Church dynoing high too....do they screw up their calibrations just to make their customers happy?

he should have been more specific and asked for your AFR chart, not at it's highest point.
