the cusco RS at full lock yes it will be louder. also at slow speeds when turning you'll get clicking. if you had it adjusted for 50-60% lock, it'll be quiet and less intrusive when it acts. at 100% it'll be twichier if you don't pay attention when it comes on. it's a direct bolt in. they have a 5at version.

Thanks for the info.

Do you know where I can read up more on the lock % numbers to see what they mean? Diffs is a bit of a new field for me...
