Default Good Read JWT Clutch/Flywheel

What's up everyone!!!! I just got my JWT Clutch/Flywheel installed at a local Nissan dealership and all I can say is WOW!!!!!! The engagement point is sooo short and as soon as you lift the clutch of the floor, it's grabbing!!! Was gonna take it easy when I first got in the car, and stalled it the first freakin time!!!!! haha Cement mixer sound is only noticeable when parked next to something. Didn't hear it at all while driving.

But here's the VERY cool part......................

The dealership had a problem installing the set up and I provided them with a number to JWT so they could talk to a tech. They couldn't get through, so I called JWT, and gave them the dealership's number. Said someone would call back after they started filtering back in from lunch.

About 2 1/2 hours later, the dealership called me and told me that my Redline was ready to go, and Jim Wolf himself had called and helped them out!!!! I was very surprised to hear that, and pleased at the same time. I thought that was extremely classy that he called himself. Seems as though both their products AND customer service is top notch. Just thought I would share my experience.

Now, I've got to go modify my signature!!!!!!!!

Gotta love the JWT setup!! I've had mine for over a year now - great street setup. One thing, though - my engagement point was down low just like yours on initial install, but it will slowly rise as the clutch wears in. Have a blast!

I'm just so stoked to have a mod like the clutch and flywheel. Never thought I'd have the gutz to just do it!!!!!! Glad I did. Nice ride Z CRUZN. If i was gonna do a body kit, it would be the Nismo. Looks sweet on SS.

That's a tough one. I've only driven my JWT set-up once, the drive home. I'll have a better report on Monday, but so far, I love it. Seems like it has sooo much potential, when I finally get used to the damn thing!!!!! lol

I seriously doubt you will be disappointed. Good luck!!!!!

How did the Nissan Dealership charge you for installation?

Nissan charged $500 bones. I was just ready to get going!!!!! Didn't think it was too bad.

I couldn't hear the noise at all while I was driving, just when parked next to something, and not rolling. Not so bad I guess. In reading, others have just learned how to "drive around" the noise. Really not that bad or loud at all. Actually it kinda sounds like my old throw out bearing going!!!! haha

Anyway, like I said before, the setup seems to have AWESOME potential.
