do you have a socket to be able to read the torque on the 02's? do 40 and you will be fine.
now, who told you the crank pulley was at 34 in lbs? setting range is 90"ft" lbs. will take alot more than that to get it off.

still not enough torque. Think it somewhere just over 100ft-lb. Google for the instrutctions for the KJR pulley (same sizes as oem, just lighter). i believe it says to 45ft-lb plus 60 degress or something to that matter.

Your just not going to be able to torque everything to spec. If you think about it, just about every nut or bolt on the car will have a torque spec. But are you really going to be able to torque down an alternator pulley? Not unless you have some way of holding it still really tight. The 02's you can just put a little anti-sieze on and just get it nice and snug with a 7/8 or 22mm wrench. On a crank pulley you can hold the engine still with a flywheel holder but then the tranny has to be out. Get yourself an Impact Gun.
