Default rpm signal

ive searched and search and nothing. im installing nitrous and i need a rpm signal for the window switch. ppl have told me pin number so and so but they gave me 2 pins not sure which one it might be so can somebody tell my where one might be also what colour it is, please... thanks

for '05:




I used pin #62 (Ign 1), Y/R (Yellow base w/ red stripe)

I picked the wire from the wiring bundle that goes through the bulkhead just behind the battery...I took off some of the plastic protection, tapped the wire, and retaped it.

After reviewing the service manual, I don't believe the 350Z has a straight up RPM sensor wire.

It has to be determined by using crankshaft position sensor (pin 13), cam position sensor, or ignition signal (the guy in the post above used ignition signal).

At least this is the case with the EU...

I used pin #62 for my dynotune window/TPS siwtch on my nitrous set-up. worked perfect.
