Default Fuel Pressure issues, Experts please

Alright, this has really been irritating the crap outta me for the last week. I have built motor, CJ Stg. 1 system, RC's 650s and a walboro 255. I cannot get my fuel pressure to hold @ boost. It goes up with boost and then falls after it maxs out @ what it should (up 8psi from idle). It WILL hold @ the max psi if I'm i'm only @ 1/2 throttle and max boost though. Once I go WOT though it drops. I've changed the regulator and the pump. All the lines are tight and I'm really tired of taking the fuel bucket apart. Only things I can think of would be voltage (not likely with a newer car) or a leak in the lines in the bucket itself which I can't see because it's in the tank. Anyone else got any idea??? I'm about done with it.

Got it fixed. I was missing the small o-ring that goes on top on the billet piece that replaces the intank FPR. I didn't get it with my return system but I was looking @ the diagrams on APS's website and noticed I didn't have one in there. I had the big one on the bottom and the spacer but not the one up top. I don't have to blow up my car now

I was just going to say it was probably the small o-ring. Glad to see you got it fixed. I take it now we'll see ya tonight at OSW. Look forward to it. I'm starting to go through withdrawal with my car gone.

You get an update from Sharif yet? Yes, I will be @ the track. If your going through withdrawal you can come over and we can put the rear SPC kit on.

No problem man; just let me know in advance so I can "clear" the schedule. Update is about a week or so from turning the key.

your kit didnt have the o-ring? did you buy it new or used?

grrrrr.. i package those myself.

BTW im suprised it held pressure much more then idle, that is one hell of a leak!

Glad to hear you figured it out, sorry for the inconvenience. What material o-ring did you use? I can send you a Viton one if your not 100% sure yours will withstand the gasoline for long, wouldnt want it to lean out on you if that thing fails!

I bought it new straight through you. I had an extra o-ring that fit perfect so I put it on there. I think the larger bottom o-ring was keeping the pressure up @ idle.
