Default Place 2 order bearings?

I'm about to have quaife lsd installed. Does anyone know a
web site where you can order the rear end bearings? Thanks.

Default Rear Diff Bearings

They are a Koyo Bearing and have the part # stamped on them. My supplier could not find them by the part # to buy them direct from Koyo. I had to order them from Nissan. Let me know if you need me to get some for you. I think they were around $60-$70 each.

If u have the brg out, any brg house will be able to get them for u or if u can get that Toyo # ----Miami would have one for sure as would Orlando, Maybe even Ft Meyers-----With the Phosphate Mines and Orange Groves in Fla, there are a few places

Toyo is a god brg. as is *** or others if u have to cross reference

Edit----JEEZ. Got starred out,,, F.A.G. ---Thats a Brand not a reference to gay people ----Not that theres anything wrong with that ----HA !!!

Even if Nissan dosnt use Koto ----NOTHING. Have to relize that when a company makes a machine ,weather it be a car or a Conveyer system or a Shop Vac, it uses existing Brgs that are standardized either Metric or SAE and build around that brg. Yrs ago I used to buy my Harley Motor Brgs at the bearing House. Hella Cheaper!!!

Goes for Seals also

sorry to revive this thread but is it normal when the throwout bearing has "plays" (space to move around) as you can see in the pic the ring inside can move around and cause it uneven... this is a koyo throwout bearing...

is it normal???

A throwout brg has substantial play due to the constant alignment deviations it needs to overcome. The important thing is that it rotates smoothly with a little drag and no rough spots when you have it in your hand

But ----If you have it out, its always best to just replace it no matter what -----Point is.....if your doing a clutch job, a seemingly good throw out will fail before the clutch will. I dont know your situation, but food for thought

yes, it's new, came with the ACT kit... so how long do you think a t.o. bearing would last? under normal driving that is..

Too many variables. Heat, Shift habits, How well the bearing was packed from the manufacturer, Pressure plate force.

But as a rule a quality brg properly installed will last almost the life of the clutch and when it fails----just do a complete clutch rebuild.

Never just replace the TO.......Your already there, so do a complete.
